Our building staking services are billed based on time and materials. Costs can vary depending on the time required to establish the boundary—faster if we completed the initial survey—and the number of stakes needed for your builder to outline the building envelope. Smaller projects might need only a few stakes, while larger projects may require numerous stakes for grid lines, wall lines, and utilities.
